- Posted on: Jun 29 2021
We would all like to live with energy, vitality and passion. Unfortunately, as we age and deal with different stressors, we no longer feel as great as we would like. Many of the negative symptoms we experience such as fatigue, unexplained weight gain, depression, low libido, and insomnia, are often the result of a decline and imbalance of our hormones. Bio-identical hormones can help.
Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy is one of the cornerstones of my practice and a critical element to achieving wellness. There are however many questions people have about bio-identical hormones, such as:
- Is there really a difference between bio-identical and synthetic?
- Doesn’t hormone therapy cause cancer?
- Why don’t “conventional” doctors promote them?
- Don’t hormones increase your risk for heart attack and stroke?
I answer these questions and more in this blog post and video below, as I feel this is a topic that is very important for your long term health and vitality. I also hope that by providing this information that you will be able to share this information with others and help to impact many more lives.

No matter who you are or how you live, inevitably at some point you will begin to experience the effects of hormone decline and imbalance. Most often the first symptoms people exhibit are fatigue, insomnia, and weight gain, and the severity of your symptoms will only get worse over time.
How soon, and how dramatic these hormonal changes occur can depend on several factors. I always encourage everyone to ask “WHY?” when dealing with their symptoms so they they can get to the underlying cause.
