Taking care of yourself during the hectic holiday season to always be at the top of everyone’s to-do list but it quickly falls to the bottom as schedules become tighter and personal time is at a premium. The key to making the most of the holidays is taking the time to care for you first.
Reduce stress and stay healthy with yoga, meditation and exercise. One of the best ways to stay healthy is to have time just for you; this time needs to be free of to-dos lists and significantly reduces your stress level. Exercising both the body and mind for 15-30 minutes per day significantly reduces stress and makes it easier to accomplish everything that needs to be done, and it will be done with a clearer mind and improved mood.
