5 Reasons You Should Detox

By now, you are probably familiar with the term “detox,” but are aware of all the many benefits detoxing may have in store for you?
First things first, you must know that we are all surrounded by toxins. They’re in our fragrant soaps, laundry detergent, scented candles, our food, water and more! We are also exposed to exogenous toxins as soon as we walk out our door and take that first inhale of airborne pollutants. The problem is, given time and toxic buildup, our bodies begin to start running sluggish (think of dirty oil in a car).
